Our firm was founded in 1995 by Robert Audette and David Bazar. Since 1995, we have grown to seven attorneys, a practice dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve results. Our practice is devoted to Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Bankruptcy and Family Law, Social Security Criminal matters, Wills and Trusts, Probate, Real estate, Landlord/Tenancy, and Business and Corporate Law. The members of our firm are as diverse as our practice...many of our lawyers and staff are fluent in Portuguese or Spanish, and we represent a large number of clients from these communities. We provide a free consultation for Worker’s Compensation, Social Security and Personal Injury and there are no legal fees payable to us on these cases unless we are successful on your behalf. If you have a case that requires payment of a retainer or hourly fee, we will provide you with a written estimate of time and expenses involved in handling your case.

We work closely with our clients, from initial intake to final settlement. You can expect your first meeting to be with an attorney, not a paralegal. Consequently, work on your project can begin immediately, with your authorization. Our knowledgeable staff works diligently to make continuous progress on your behalf. Attention to detail and proper documentation makes a critical difference in outcomes.
