Primary areas of practice: Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury and Social Security Disability Law. He handles many Rhode Island and Federal Long shore workers’ compensation claims for injured workers. He also advises people in the area of Estate Planning. Bob graduated Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Providence College, and received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. He is on the Board of Governors of the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association, and is a member of the American Association of Justice, the Rhode Island Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Bench Bar Committee, and the Workplace Injury Litigation Group. Bob has lectured often in the area of Workers’ Compensation law. He is a member of Crestwood Country Club in Rehoboth, Massachusetts, where he serves as President. David serves as Municipal Court Judge for the Town of East Greenwich, Rhode Island. David received his Bachelors of Arts in History from Trinity College and graduated Cum Laude with his Juris Doctor from the University of Bridgeport. Leonard M. Cordeiro

Len joined ABC&G in 1995 as an Associate Attorney and was named Partner in 2001. In this role, he works closely with clients to prepare and litigate cases involving Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, Estate Planning and other forms of disability compensation in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He also advises individuals and businesses in the areas of petroleum marketing and motor fuel sales and distribution. Len earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston in 1991, where he was awarded the “Best Brief” in the Justice Tom C. Clark Moot Court Competition. He is a graduate of the College of Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. Len is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association, the Rhode Island Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Bench Bar Committee, and the Portuguese American Federation. Prior to joining the firm, Jacqueline owned and managed Grasso Law Offices in Seekonk, Massachusetts for over ten years. She received her Juris Doctor from Southern New England School of Law, where she was awarded with the Francis J. Larkin Award for Student Service. She is the first recipient of the Pro Bono Publico Award from the Bristol County Bar Association and New Center for Legal Advocacy in Massachusetts.
